Detoxifying is crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being in today's environment, where individuals are exposed to an array of pollutants, chemicals, and processed foods. But which detox? Should you do individual organ detoxes? Or should you do whole body detoxes? How often should you detox? Once a year?
